Exos® Waterproof Splinting & Fracture Bracing

Say goodbye to bulky, itchy plaster casts and plastic bags in the shower. We now offer custom-fitted Exos® upper extremity bracing—a revolutionary, thermoformable alternative to conventional plaster and fibreglass casts for wrist, hand, and forearm injuries.

Moulded directly to your limb in minutes using gentle heat, Exos provides rigid clinical immobilisation with the comfort and flexibility of modern technology.

Key Patient Benefits

  • 100% Waterproof & Washable: Shower, swim, or wash your hands normally. The antimicrobial lining resists odour and can be washed with mild soap and dried quickly with a hairdryer on the cool setting.

  • Adjustable BOA® Fit System: Built-in micro-adjustable dial and lace system allows you to loosen tension during initial swelling or tighten it as atrophy occurs, maintaining proper stabilisation.

  • Removable Without Cast Saws: The brace can be safely unlocked and removed by your clinician to check skin integrity, clean wounds, or initiate early mobility exercises.

  • Reformable: If your limb changes shape as swelling recedes, the brace can simply be reheated and remoulded to your anatomy—one brace lasts the duration of your recovery.

  • Radiolucent (X-ray Friendly): Follow-up scans and healing checks can often be performed directly through the brace without the hassle of cutting it off and recasting.
