Alex graduated from the University of Sydney in 2007 and has been providing physiotherapy to his patients at Rehab Solutions since. He is passionate about providing high quality physiotherapy involving a thorough assessment and taking a holistic approach to treatment.

 

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young children. He is a keen snowboarder and motorsports enthusiast and dabbles in music, playing guitar and singing.

Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo in Canada before moving to Sydney and completing a Masters of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney. He has been with Rehab Solutions since 2016. He has keen interests in sports and physical conditioning and continues to play basketball regularly.

​

Anthony is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Gabriel completed his undergraduate physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney. Since completing his studies, Gabriel has practiced in a variety of settings ranging from private practice, nursing homes and home visits and from these settings he brings with him much experience.

​

Gabriel loves interacting with his patients and draws upon his own experience with lower back pain and surgery to provide compassionate care.

Cassie graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018. She is passionate about helping her patients recover from their injuries and achieving their goals. Her favourite sport is swimming and she swam competitively for many years since she was a child. Throughout her swimming and physiotherapy career, she has seen the benefit swimming and aquatic based exercises can have on patients and their injuries and is passionate about using hydrotherapy as part of her treatment options for her patients.

Nadir graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Western Sydney University. Working as a physiotherapist has always been one of Nadir's dreams and he particularly enjoys working with children with disabilities and in sports rehab. Outside of work you will find him in the boxing gym, going for a run or just enjoying the outdoors.

Bridget Nash

Bridget graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor in Sports Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy. As a young teenager she took a liking to physiotherapy and fancied it as a career, as she always knew she wanted to end up in a job where she was helping people. Physiotherapy has given Bridget the opportunity to encourage people to be the best they physically can be.

 

Bridget has particular interests in treating neurological conditions, sporting injuries, women’s health, pregnancy related pain and paediatrics. As a physiotherapist Bridget has had the privilege of working alongside junior AFL teams providing first aid management, injury advice and sports taping, and also has experience in neurological gym-based rehabilitation and paediatrics.

 

Outside of work you will find Bridget at a Pilates class, or taking her dog for a long coastal walk.

Irene graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science and completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. She is interested in sports-related injuries and women's health, bringing a focused expertise to her field. Outside of her professional life, Irene is passionate about martial arts, practicing judo and aikido, which enhances her discipline and physical agility.

Minh has been working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for over 15 years. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006 with a Bachelor in Applied Science (Exercise Sports Science) and in 2012 completed a Graduate Certificate in Public Health (Health Promotion) from Curtin University. She is passionate in working with patients in post operative rehabilitation, functional rehabilitation, chronic disease management and working with the older population.

Outside of work, Minh enjoys volunteering with the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Group, going bushwalking/hiking and supporting her favourite AFL team. Go Swan

Ziad Rifai

Podiatrist

Ziad graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Master's degree in Podiatric Medicine in 2013. He has an interest in all aspects of Podiatry with particular interest in diabetes, paediatrics, sports-related podiatry and minor surgeries. He has completed courses in biomechanics of the lower limb and is trained in injection therapy, dry needling and the management of sports-related injuries.

​

Ziad regularly attends various conferences and workshops to ensure he is in keeping with the latest management and treatment modalities available. He enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and likes to play various sports whenever he gets the chance

Abdullah Naboulsi

Abdullah is a qualified podiatrist who graduated from Western Sydney Unversity with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine. He is experienced in working with patients addressing their podiatric related needs and is skilled and knowledgable in choosing and providing the right treatments for patients. Ahmed is a qualified podiatrist who graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine in 2019. His special interests include sports and rehabilitation programs, paediatrics, diabetic assessments and general podiatric care. When he is not at work, Ahmed enjoys going to the gym, walking outdoors and playing/watching sports such as a soccer and basketball.

Karolin is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of industry experience. After graduating from the University of Sydney in 2000, Karolin completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the College of Professional Psychology. She has experience in the area of Occupational Rehabilitation and the management of mood disorders.

In her spare time, Karolin enjoys gardening and candle-making.

Carmen Yu

Carmen is an accrediated dietitian with a Masters of Dietetics in research. Carmen has been working as a private dietitian in multidisciplinary health clinics since 2009 which has provided her with a vast range of exeprience including management patients with diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, cardiovascular disease, coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, weight management, PCOS and insulin resistance.
