What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the provision of health services through a telephone or video conferencing call. You get direct access with a 1 on 1 consultation with your therapist or specialist all from the comfort of your own home or where ever you are in the world.

Our team are trained to be able to assess, diagnose and treat your condition through friendly advice and education, self management techniques and the provision of a suitable exercise program if required. Our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists use Physitrack which is an online exercise prescription program which provides you with a personalised exercise program with easy to follow instructions as well as videos on how to correctly perform all of your exercises.

If you are stuck at home and unable to come into our centre for any reason, call or email our friendly reception staff to ask about how we can help you.
